This is the ideal treatment for anyone who prefers to remain fully clothed. Your session begins with a calming, seated Indian head massage that eases stress, tension and headaches while creating a deep sense of peace.
Once softened and relaxed, you’ll lie on the massage table (shoes and socks removed) for a gentle, grounding reflexology sequence on the feet.
