Each body is different. Therefore, each massage is different. I gravitate to the tightest spots and work on them with care and attention to how your body is responding to the treatment. Pressure and techniques are adjusted to suit each individual, 
endeavouring to work out knots and tension and improve mobility.

A time of nurture, pampering and relaxation. In other words, you time! 
A warm and cozy massage to feel pampered and cared for. Complete with essential oils, incense and music you could fall asleep to. Pressure is adjusted to suit individual needs. 

Allow approximately 75-90 minutes for this blissful treatment. This treatment begins with a seated Indian head massage to relax the upper back, shoulders, face and upper arms - but this is an appetizer. The treatment continues as the client moves onto the massage table for a 60 minute full body massage of their choice (relaxation or deep tissue). You will leave feeling like you're floating on a cloud! 

A perfect option for clients who don't like to remove their clothing. Indian Head massage is performed fully clothed and seated. It promotes relief from stress, tension and head aches whilst offering the client a calming environment so they can fully surrender into a deep relaxation. After the Indian head massage has finished, the client will then remove their socks and move onto the massage table for a gentle reflexology sequence on the feet. Allow 45-60 minutes for this blissful treatment. 

A 60 minute full body massage of your choice (relaxation or deep tissue) combined with a relaxing foot reflexology sequence. 
Complete with essential oils and optional incense, this treatment is designed to promote relaxation and holistic wellness. Allow approximately 90 minutes for this treatment. 

The triple whammy of pampering! The ultimate treatment starts with a seated Indian head massage to relax the upper back, shoulders, face, neck and of course - head. The client will then move onto the massage table for the second part of the treatment - a 60 minute massage of their choice (relaxation or deep tissue). The final part of the treatment is a relaxing foot reflexology sequence. You might need to be gently woken up at the end of this treatment but you will glide around on a cloud for the rest of the day. Allow approximately 2 hours for this treatment.
